Gallery Submission

The Gallery Exhibition "Customer Winter Showcase" will be held on November 21st, 2025

at 7 pm (opening night) until 9 pm and be on display through Christmas.

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT IS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8th! Payment is due Monday November 10th or exhibitors may face forfeiture.

The pieces in the show will be sized 11x14 or 16x20 and will be printed, framed and installed by the Gallery. You may submit up to 6 pieces for consideration with up to 4 displayed in the exhibition. The cost IF your work is chosen is $99 + prints.

I agree that if I am selected for the Gallery Exhibition, I will be required to pay $99 + printing costs. At the close of the exhibition, the printed piece will be mine (yours) to keep and do with as you wish. I also understand that I can sell my piece in the show, but outside sales are not permitted in the space. Sales of artwork in the gallery will be facilitated through Premier Imaging LLC, whom takes a 20% fee. The net (80% of the sale) will be provided to me (the Artist/Photographer) in the form of a check at the close of the exhibition. Please note: Frames are property of the Gallery, but can be purchased for $25 and can be sold with the artists piece for the same cost). Once payment is recieved no refunds are provided. In the event of a cancellation due to weather or otherwise, an alternate date will be provided.
